A first version you understand
Work toward a functioning core journey with an agreed scope, rather than an oversized feature list.
Two focused days with Aemal, starting from the basics. On Day 1, everyone follows the same catalog application; on Day 2, apply the workflow to your own startup idea. Learn to direct the work, review what the agents produce and turn feedback into a better product. Video pre-work and self-study materials introduce the foundations. Supporting resources draw on Aemal’s experience building six companies and raising funding, while the live workshop focuses on building with AI.

Bring your laptop and your questions. Work through the exercises in the same room, exchange ideas with fellow learners and get guidance as you practise.
Work toward a functioning core journey with an agreed scope, rather than an oversized feature list.
Brief your AI team, inspect its work and give useful voice, text or screenshot feedback where supported.
Leave with your project, its remaining work and a plan for continuing after the workshop.
A 90-minute opening presentation explores current AI developments, accessible projects and practical possibilities for both technical and non-technical startup founders.
Use the prepared Solo Flight workshop environment to describe the shared idea, guide Samantha through pitch and landing-page drafts, and learn to review and refine the outputs.
Everyone follows the same application selected from the workshop catalog on Day 1. Learn prompting, agent architecture and troubleshooting through the example Aemal teaches on screen.
Understand tool connections, authentication and permissions. Explore Composio’s app catalog and practise a supported integration chosen for the cohort.
Understand repositories and version history, how Codex and the selected model work with code, and how task planning and progress tracking fit into an agent workflow.
Follow deployment and hosting, then explore database, authentication, storage, realtime features and functions. See how a sign-up flow connects to the backend.
Practise taking the shared project out of Solo Flight, accessing your GitHub, Vercel and Supabase resources, and running the code on your own computer. Use project-starting prompts and screenshot tutorials to reinforce the handover.
After the first local-setup session, spend three 90-minute sessions building your own idea with Aemal helping at your desk. Use Codex or Claude Code in the supported local setup, test the core journey and work toward a same-day launch.
Explore the planned private cohort Q&A feed and Samantha leaderboard. Three selected projects take the stage at 18:00 for five-minute demos and five-minute Q&A slots, followed by networking until 22:00.
Supporting resources cover customer discovery, pitching and funding. Continue with one month of daily online one-to-one calls and unlimited asynchronous chat with Aemal.
Venue-provided lunch, coffee, snacks and drinks are included on both days. Lunch is time to meet fellow founders, hear their ideas and find people to practise with. Share dietary requirements before booking.
Day 1: optional practice with prompts and screenshot tutorials until 22:00. Aemal normally leaves around 18:00–19:00; later support is not guaranteed. Day 2: demos at 18:00, then networking and an after-party with included drinks. The venue closes at 22:00.
The planned Solo Flight screen-sharing flow captures your chosen screen, your question and Aemal’s answer at your desk, with your consent. Fellow workshop participants can revisit the explanation in a cohort-only feed, separate from the public community. You can also ask for help without recording.
Recording controls, access duration and availability are confirmed before use. Share only the screen content you intend your cohort to see.
The planned Samantha evaluation and live leaderboard select the top three teams or individual builders. Each has five minutes to demo and five minutes for Q&A: a 30-minute celebration before networking begins.
The evaluation criteria and selection process are shared before the workshop. Then stay for the included drinks and after-party until the venue closes at 22:00.
Your €1,000 package includes supported AI building and voice credits for both workshop days and the following month in Solo Flight. Fair use covers learning and continued project practice, rather than bulk work such as generating 100 unrelated projects.
Exact limits and notifications before reaching them are confirmed before booking. Unlimited asynchronous chat with Aemal is separate from the AI credit allowance.
Day 1: four 90-minute sessions around one shared application, ending with hands-on project export. Day 2: local setup at 09:00, then three 90-minute sessions on your own idea, with Aemal helping around the room. Demos start at 18:00. Open questions are welcome throughout; the cohort listing confirms the application and timetable.
The curriculum describes the intended workshop workflow, not a claim that every Solo Flight automation is available today. The cohort confirms its prepared environment, pitch and landing-page workflow, integrations, coding model, local-tool support and handover process. The private recording feed and AI leaderboard are planned features; availability and access controls must be confirmed for the cohort. Composio lists 1,600+ app integrations; the workshop uses selected supported connections.
Each workshop uses one shared application from the workshop catalog. Check the Luma registration listing and workshop calendar for that cohort’s example, prerequisites and confirmed tool setup. Video pre-work supports the live lessons; the teaching still starts with the basics.
A detailed, motivating 90-minute presentation: what is happening in AI, accessible projects and tools, real examples, and what technical and non-technical founders can build. Learn to spot a useful opportunity and understand the limits as well as the possibilities.
Coffee, snacks and drinks are included. Meet fellow founders and compare the ideas you brought.
Open your prepared Solo Flight workshop project. Using the cohort’s shared example, learn to describe the idea, refine a brief and guide Samantha through drafting a pitch deck and landing page. Review the outputs together, improve your prompts and ask questions throughout.
Venue-provided lunch is included. Get to know other founders, hear what they want to build and find people to exchange feedback with or team up with.
Follow Aemal’s screen and build the same sample AI application through the workshop workflow. Understand an agent’s instructions, model, tools and context. Explore MCP and Composio, connect a supported external tool, and learn how permissions and infrastructure fit together. Questions are welcome at any point, with deeper explanations as needed.
Step away, refuel and discuss what you have learned.
Learn GitHub, coding agents, Taskmaster, Vercel and Supabase through the project you just built. Then follow hands-on steps to export your code, bring it onto your own computer and understand the handover of workshop-provisioned resources into your own GitHub, Vercel and Supabase accounts. Preview a local coding workflow with Codex or Claude Code, using the supported desktop setup for your machine. The cohort confirms the exact project-transfer and account-access process.
Review your local project, note any setup questions and scope an idea you can work toward launching tomorrow. The planned Solo Flight resource area provides copyable project-starting prompts and step-by-step screenshot tutorials. Optional self-study or team practice continues until 22:00; Aemal normally leaves around 18:00–19:00, with later support not guaranteed.
Complete your own GitHub, Vercel and Supabase setup and revisit the shared application from yesterday. Run it locally, check repository and service access, and practise using your chosen local coding harness with Codex or Claude Code. Aemal demonstrates the essential setup before you move to your own idea.
Take a break, confirm your idea and choose the smallest useful journey you want to launch. Coffee, snacks and drinks are included.
Work independently or as a team. Use the prompt library to turn your idea into a brief and tasks, then start building locally. The focus shifts from projector-led teaching to your own project, with Aemal circulating and answering questions at your desk.
Lunch is included. Share progress, discuss ideas and learn from fellow participants before returning to your project.
Continue your project with hands-on guidance from Aemal. Work through integrations, data, authentication and debugging as relevant to your idea. The planned cohort learning feed lets participants share useful screen-based questions and Aemal’s explanations with their workshop peers.
Refuel, exchange feedback and decide what needs to work for your demo.
Use the final 90-minute build session to test your main journey, resolve blockers and prepare a live preview or deployment. Aemal continues supporting projects around the room. Aim for a focused launch today; the outcome depends on your scope and progress.
Polish the core journey and prepare a concise demonstration. The planned live leaderboard lets Samantha evaluate submitted projects and select the top three teams or individual builders. Evaluation criteria and the final selection process are shared before the workshop.
Three selected teams or individual builders each get five minutes to demonstrate what they built and another five minutes for questions. Celebrate the work and learn from each other’s approaches.
Stay for conversations and celebrations with fellow founders. Drinks are included in the €1,000 experience. The venue closes at 22:00.
A daily online one-to-one call and unlimited asynchronous chat with Aemal help you discuss project direction, blockers, AI tips and next steps. Workspace access and AI credits cover both workshop days and the following month, subject to fair use; scheduling and response expectations are agreed before booking.

Bring a laptop and one product idea or problem. Have a focused personal idea ready for Day 2, when the goal is to build toward a same-day launch. Check the local-tool requirements for your operating system, accounts and any subscriptions before booking. Check the cohort’s Luma listing and workshop calendar for the shared application. Tell us about dietary or accessibility requirements before booking. Complete the shared video pre-work and introductory materials so live teaching time can focus on hands-on practice. We agree a supported path before the workshop. Web, mobile and desktop have different hardware and release requirements; one workshop follows one focused path.
Explore web, mobile and desktop pathsFor one month after the workshop, you receive a daily online one-to-one call and unlimited asynchronous chat with Aemal. Use them for accountability, project direction, blockers and practical AI tips. Asynchronous means you can send messages at any time, rather than receive instant replies. Call duration, scheduling, response expectations, exact dates and fair-use limits are confirmed before booking. Free community membership continues separately from this month of personal support. Project export, local setup and the agreed provider-resource handover are taught during these two days. Your own provider accounts and any costs after the included allowance are explained before you take over.

“I teach people and teams to build AI teams.” Aemal brings the experience of building six startups and teaching more than 80 workshops to 10,000 people in person. He uses Solo Flight as a teaching platform and shares the workflows behind his workshops.
The aim is practical independence: understand the decisions, lead the agents and keep learning after the session ends.
The €1,000 package includes supported AI building and voice usage during both workshop days and for one month afterwards in Solo Flight. Fair use covers your workshop learning and continued project practice, not bulk production such as creating 100 unrelated projects. Exact limits and how you are notified before reaching them are confirmed before booking. Unlimited asynchronous chat with Aemal does not mean unlimited AI credits.
Yes, that is a learning goal. Day 1 introduces project export and handover; Day 2 starts by running the shared project locally and using your own GitHub, Vercel and Supabase setup with a supported coding tool. The cohort confirms what transfers, which accounts you need and any provider charges. Moving code locally does not automatically move hosted data or transfer provider accounts.
The planned screen-sharing workflow captures the screen you choose, your question and Aemal’s answer with your consent. Recordings are intended only for the participants in your workshop cohort, not the public community feed. Availability, access duration and recording controls are confirmed before use; you can ask for help without recording.
The planned Samantha evaluation and live leaderboard select three projects for the 18:00 demos. The rubric and selection process are confirmed before the workshop. Each selected team or individual gets five minutes to demonstrate and five minutes for Q&A.
Yes on Day 1: everyone follows the same catalog example so Aemal can explain each step and answer questions together. The workshop calendar and Luma registration listing identify the application for that cohort. Day 2 applies the workflow to your own idea, individually or in a team.
Yes. The €1,000 package includes venue-provided lunch, coffee, snacks and drinks for both days. Share dietary requirements before booking so arrangements can be confirmed.
Day 1 has optional practice until 22:00; Aemal normally leaves around 18:00–19:00 and may stay later, but late instructor support is not guaranteed. Day 2 has demos at 18:00, then networking and an after-party with included drinks until the venue closes at 22:00.
A daily online one-to-one call with Aemal and unlimited asynchronous chat for one month after the workshop. Discuss your progress, project direction, blockers, AI tips and next steps. This is learning guidance and accountability; you do the implementation. Call duration, scheduling and chat response expectations are agreed before booking.
Yes. The live workshop focuses on building with AI from a brief through testing and release. Preparation videos, self-study materials and supporting resources cover the wider company-building journey, including customer discovery, pitching and funding. Aemal draws on experience building six companies and raising funding. These resources support continued learning, not a promise of business mastery or funding.
Bring your ambition. We will agree a realistic version and check that its requirements fit the workshop’s tools and timeframe before confirming your place.
You still make decisions and review the work. The workshop uses the tools available for the cohort; the focus is learning to direct, test and improve AI outputs yourself.
