Think like a harness engineer
Understand agent architecture, environments, context, tools, evaluation and human oversight, grounded in your current stack.
For Series A and later startups with substantial funding, an established engineering team and time to apply what they learn. Aemal studies your setup, spends a week preparing tailored lessons and a teaching demo, then leads three two-hour sessions on dates that suit your team. Your engineers implement the ideas, with a feedback session after two weeks of practice.

Step out of the delivery queue and into a shared learning session. Explore agent harnesses, compare approaches and practise with examples relevant to your engineers.
Understand agent architecture, environments, context, tools, evaluation and human oversight, grounded in your current stack.
Learn from a demo prepared around your engineering needs and plan how your own team will integrate or migrate relevant workflows.
Use two weeks of team-led practice, a recorded feedback session and 10 follow-up coaching hours to question assumptions and improve your approach.
Map your stack, codebase, CI/CD and existing agent workflows during up to five hours of discovery. Identify improvements and the learning priorities for your team.
Understand instructions, context, state, tools, orchestration, evaluations and human oversight. Discuss the architecture and decisions behind a reliable agent environment.
Study Hermes Agent, OpenClaw and ZeroClaw through selected demonstrations. Learn about Webtop and hosted computers for agent computer use. Tool selection is tailored during preparation.
Follow the setup prepared for your engineering needs. Learn its design choices and how to plan integration into your stack or migration of a workflow.
Your engineers spend two weeks applying the lessons. Return for session 3 with implementation questions, trade-offs and failures to examine together.
Revisit recordings and materials in Solo Flight, onboard new engineers and use 10 coaching hours within three months. Bring your own API keys for supported AI features.
The final curriculum is tailored to your team. These are teaching topics and guided exercises, not implementation services.
In Berlin, Aemal can visit your office a couple of times for a few hours within the five-hour discovery allowance. Elsewhere in Germany, Europe, the US, Canada or beyond, meet remotely. Discuss your stack, codebase structure, CI/CD, current AI tooling, blockers and learning goals.
After discovery, Aemal spends a week preparing your curated course, presentations, an AI-readiness assessment and a demonstration environment based on approved examples from your engineering context. This preparation supports the teaching; it is not a production implementation.
90 minutes of teaching and demonstrations, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A. Explore harness architecture, Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, ZeroClaw, agent environments and Webtop. Learn how a hosted computer enables computer use, and review opportunities to improve your coding setup before introducing new agent workflows.
90 minutes of guided teaching plus 30 minutes of Q&A. Aemal walks through the demonstration prepared for your needs, explains its design choices and teaches your engineers how to embed the patterns in your system or plan a migration. Agree a focused exercise your team can implement itself.
Your team implements and experiments independently. Gather questions, design trade-offs, blockers and examples of what worked or failed to bring to the final session.
After the two-week practice period, spend 90 minutes reviewing your team’s implementation, discussing alternatives and reinforcing lessons, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A. This concludes the core workshop programme.
After session 3, use 10 included hours for one-to-one coaching, team AI workshops or educational Q&A. Book ten one-hour sessions or combine the allowance into a longer block, including all 10 hours together by agreement. The allowance expires three months after session 3; dates are arranged with Aemal.

Bring a technical lead, a stack overview, representative workflows and the questions your engineers want to answer. Agree what code and documentation can be reviewed, confidentiality and recording arrangements, and a safe demo environment. Production access is not required. Your team supplies provider accounts and API keys for supported AI features.
The core programme concludes after session 3. Your 10-hour coaching allowance remains available for three months from that session, in individual sessions or combined blocks by agreement. Recordings and materials are available through Solo Flight for revisiting lessons and onboarding new engineers. Platform access carries no additional fee for this package; your own keys fund AI usage. Recording retention and access arrangements are agreed before booking. Your engineers retain responsibility for implementation and maintenance.

“I teach people and teams to build AI teams.” Aemal brings the experience of building six startups and teaching more than 80 workshops to 10,000 people in person. He uses Solo Flight as a teaching platform and shares the workflows behind his workshops.
The aim is practical independence: understand the decisions, lead the agents and keep learning after the session ends.
Primarily Series A and later startups with substantial funding and an established engineering team. It is a premium, tailored educational programme for teams ready to invest time in applying the lessons, not a general introductory course.
Yes. The programme is open worldwide, including teams across Germany, Europe, the US and Canada. Discovery can happen through Berlin office visits or remote meetings, up to five hours in total. Teaching dates and time zones are agreed around your team’s availability.
Across three days chosen with your team. Each session has 90 minutes of content and 30 minutes of Q&A. Sessions 1 and 2 establish the foundations and tailored example; session 3 follows two weeks of independent implementation.
After discovery, Aemal spends a week preparing a curriculum, presentations, a review of your AI engineering setup and an educational demo around your needs. He teaches your engineers how to apply the patterns; production development and migration are carried out by your team.
Yes. Aemal brings recording equipment for office teaching, and online sessions are recorded too. Your team can revisit the materials in Solo Flight and use them for new-engineer onboarding. Recording consent, confidential content, access and retention are agreed in advance.
No. The package includes Solo Flight learning access without an additional platform fee, but supported AI features use your own API keys and provider billing. Availability and access arrangements are confirmed before booking.
They are included in the programme and expire three months after session 3. Use ten one-hour sessions or combine hours into longer coaching, workshop or Q&A blocks, including all 10 hours together by agreement. They are educational support, not development or on-call cover.
It covers discovery, a week of tailored educational preparation, six hours of recorded training, learning materials and 10 follow-up coaching hours. Final scope, team size, delivery arrangements and any travel costs are agreed in the quote.
No. Aemal teaches your team to design, build and evaluate its own harness using a tailored demonstration and guided exercises. Your engineers own implementation, integration, migration and deployment.
Private code and data are not reused in Solo Flight or shared as teaching material without explicit agreement. We agree approved examples, confidentiality and recording boundaries before the programme.
